Our Partner Marinos Cleanthous has been appointed by the Ministry of Councils of the Republic of Cyprus as one of the five members of the Cyprus Intellectual Property Law Committee.
Members of the Committee are:
President: Mr Spyros Kokkinos (Registrar of Companies)
Vice President: Mrs Stalo Papaioannou (Head of the Cyprus Intellectual Property Office)
Legal experts: Mr Achilleas Emilianides and Mr Marinos Cleanthous and
Auditor: Mr Christos Kyriakides.
The Committee is the only official and responsible body of the Collective Rights Societies and is governed by Law 65(I)/2017
