Cyprus Authorities announced that they intend to accept electronic submissions of trademark applications.
This new program, has been funded mainly by OHIM and was proudly presented on 21st September 2015 in Nicosia.
This is the first step for the e-filing of any types of trademark issues . Cyprus authorities have underlined the importance of this new electronic era. In addition, Cyprus Trademark law is expected to be amended and modernised . Our Firm joined the discussion for the new Trademark Law and has recently sent a number of suggestions to the Cyprus Bar Association in order to be promoted.
