The holder of copyright protects his/her own original work and prevents any use of his work made without his consent.
In case of infringement the holder of copyright is provided with all legal steps to end the infringement and claim all financial compensation.
Furthermore, the holder of copyright is eligible to
- sell and transfer his/her rights to a third party.
- allow a third party to make use of his/her copyright retaining the ownership of the copyright.
- exploit financially his/her copyright in any way he/she wishes.
